Jesse and Michelle’s wedding at the Viewpoint Hotel kicked off with a ceremony that set the tone for an unforgettable night of celebration. The ceremony lawn overlooking the ocean created a naturally breathtaking backdrop — but it was the energy of the guests and the couple’s vibe that really brought it to life.
As Michelle walked down the aisle, a wave of cheers and excited whispers rippled through the crowd. Jesse’s grin said it all — he was ready to say “I do” and get the party started. When they sealed their vows with a kiss, their friends and family erupted with applause so loud it echoed over the water.
Portside Productions had the honor of providing clean, crisp sound system that carried every heartfelt word across the lawn — but we also tucked in subtle upbeat prelude songs as guests arrived, building anticipation. The vibe was casual yet elegant — the kind of ceremony where people felt free to smile big, laugh loud, and clap with real joy. Guests gathered overlooking the Atlantic as Jesse and Michelle said I do with the lighthouse standing watch behind them — it doesn’t get more Maine than that.
Seamless Ceremony & Cocktail Hour by the Sea
Once Jesse and Michelle made it official, everyone transitioned to a relaxed cocktail hour overlooking the water. We provided a dedicated sound system to keep the good vibes flowing as guests mingled, snapped photos, and enjoyed signature cocktails against one of Maine’s best backdrops. The Viewpoint Hotel’s attentive staff made sure every detail was just right — from fresh drinks to cozy spaces to soak in the view.

It was the perfect balance of laid-back coastal charm and heartfelt celebration, giving Jesse and Michelle a few quiet moments to soak it all in before the party really kicked off under the reception tent.

When dinner kicked off under the tent, the celebration vibe didn’t miss a beat. Toasts were equal parts hilarious and heartfelt — the kind that make people laugh so hard they knock over a glass or two. Between courses, the energy stayed high.
When the sun dipped below the horizon, the party really popped off, where Greg Young brought the reception to life with signature lighting, DJ, and Emcee services. From the first dance to the final song, the dance floor was packed — this crowd came ready to party, and they absolutely delivered! High-energy hits, some surprise throwbacks, and the perfect mix of party anthems kept everyone moving all night.
Working with Jesse and Michelle was an absolute joy, and their friends and family knew how to celebrate right.
